WHAT WE DO
We love to do house calls! When you are not available, we at Miss Barks A Lot become family to your pet at your home. We provide for your special dog, cat, gerbil or parakeet … a beloved horse, goat or llama. If you live in Poulsbo, Kingston, Silverdale, on Bainbridge Island or the immediate surrounding areas, we give wonderful care for your pet. We’ll even bring in your mail and water your plants. We do it all!
We know there are times when you simply cannot be with your pet. 
Life happens. Witness the demands of work, needs of family, opportunities to travel or socializing with friends. Other times you may be sick or have an unusually hectic schedule. Don’t worry … do not fear … Miss Barks A Lot is here!
We pinch-hit for you to provide the Pet Sitting services you desire at your home. Such services can include walks, potty breaks, feeding, fresh watering, administering of medicines, cleaning up a mess or playing with your pet. Our rates reflect a policy of spending ample time with your pet in your home; we do not rush in and rush out.
We also handle any of your transportation needs to the vet, groomer or across town, the state or even the country.
Not only do we care for your pet, but we also offer crime deterrence services for your most valuable financial asset – your home! We watch over and tend to your house or apartment so that it appears occupied. We are happy to bring in daily newspapers, take in the mail, water your plants, change your lighting, adjust your curtains and conduct security walks around your house.

OUR RATES
Our rates are locally competitive. For example, our fee for a forty-five minute visit at your home to walk, feed and/or play with your pet is $18. The charge for two such visits is $32, and three visits is $50. You are the one who decides what we do each time we come to lovingly care for your pet and your residence. Because every situation is unique and tailored to your wants, please call or email Sue Ellen to obtain rates.

As soon as you know the dates or times you will be away, call or email me.
I request a forty-five minute consultation for first-time clients for Pet Sitting. This consultation is free. I will meet you and your pet family at a time that is convenient for you in your home. We will review your instructions, special needs and anything else that you think is important for us to know. We also will confirm dates, exchange phone numbers and obtain a signed form from you regarding important veterinary information. Finally, we will discuss the logistics of entry and exit from your home and other security measures.
Once we know you, your pet and the routine, arrangements for future Pet Sitting services may be made by calling or emailing.
